Poolside Underwater Mommy and Me Session
Heather is a fellow photographer who hired me for her mom and son session on Maui! Heather and her boys were stuck between exploring a waterfall together for their session and having a fun, playful photo shoot at their hotel. Ultimately they decided on staying at the Maui Four Seasons and honestly, it was SUCH an epic choice for a mom and boys shoot! To this day, this is still one of my favorite “mommy and me” style photo shoots.
We began the shoot with pineapple lava flows under the shade of the poolside cabanas. Then we dipped our toes into the kids pool on property that had an awesome waterfall and slide connected to it. The boys jumped and splashed and played as I documented from my own little corner. After, we took a break for lunch and to change. At sunset we headed down to the beach for a sunset photo shoot. The Maui sky really showed off with brilliant pinks and oranges and the most perfect splash of sunrays to end our photo session together.
